Kuleana Hawaiʻi Grown Oils at the Hawaiʻi Hotel & Restaurant Show
On June 17th and 18th, Kuleana Hawaiʻi Grown Oils had the honor of exhibiting at the Hawaiʻi Hotel & Restaurant Show (HHRS) as part of the Hawaiʻi Made Pavilion — a dedicated space for locally made products to shine in front of Hawaiʻi's hospitality industry leaders, buyers, and decision-makers.
Walking the floor, meeting chefs, restaurateurs, and hotel procurement teams, and introducing our expeller-pressed Sunflower and Macadamia Nut Oils to people who truly understand quality ingredients — it was exactly the kind of conversation we live for.
Mahalo nui to DBEDT (The Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism) and the entire HHRS team for creating a platform where Hawaiʻi-made products get the stage they deserve.
Proud to Be Hawaiʻi Made
One of the most meaningful parts of the show was the community standing right alongside us. The Hawaiʻi Made Pavilion brought together some of the most passionate, purposeful local makers in the state — and we left inspired by every single one of them.
Here's a look at our incredible pavilion neighbors:
Hawaiian Vinegar & Spice Company
Small-batch shrubs and drinking vinegars crafted in Wahiawā, built for elevated beverage programs and culinary creativity. Their Ginger Basil, Herb Garden, and Meyer Lemon Cardamom shrubs were a crowd favorite on the floor.
Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative
A farmer-owned cooperative celebrating one of Hawaiʻi's most culturally significant crops — ʻulu (breadfruit). Their lineup included ʻUluʻUlu Pancake Mix, Breadfruit Flour, and a range of products putting this traditional ingredient back on the modern table.
Aloha Bites
Gluten-free ʻulu baked goods and mixes, made in Hawaiʻi with aloha. Their ʻUlu Cupcake Mix — naturally gluten-free from breadfruit flour — was being sampled fresh from the booth and disappeared fast.
Hawaiian Krunch Co.
Artisan granola crafted on Maui with over 80% Hawaiʻi-grown ingredients — kalo (taro), ʻulu (breadfruit), and ʻuala (sweet potato) as the first ingredients in each blend, plus macadamia nuts, coconut, and local honey. Co-founded by Chef Bonnie Davis and Tootsie Namuo Davis, this granola is as intentional as it gets.
Maui Cocktail Kits
All-natural cocktail infusion kits for elevated, DIY bartending — made on Maui. A natural fit in a hospitality trade show, and a product that had industry buyers reaching for their cards.
Farm to Fudge Maui
Vegan, gluten-free fudge crafted with purpose from Maui — free from artificial ingredients, gums, fillers, and seed oils. Indulgence, justified.
Paradise Preserved
Freeze-dried Hawaiʻi-grown fruits and local island flavors, captured at peak freshness. Big Island white pineapple, cinnamon kūlolo, haupia — the kind of pantry treasures you didn't know you needed until you tried them.
Island Olive Oil Co.
Flavored olive oils and balsamics — from Blood Orange to Tuscan Herb to Cranberry Pear — thoughtfully curated for culinary exploration and gifting.
This Is What Hawaiʻi Made Looks Like
Being in a room full of people who have built something from scratch — from the soil, from the kitchen, from a dream about what Hawaiʻi's food economy could be — is humbling every single time.
We are proud to stand in that company. We are proud to share shelf space, show floor space, and a common mission with brands who believe, like we do, that buying local isn't just a preference — it's a practice that sustains our islands.
Give these incredible makers a follow and shop Hawaiʻi Made whenever you can. Every purchase makes a difference.
